All orders are delivered by our own uniformed driver in a liveried van for your peace of mind and to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. By using our own driver, we are also able to offer you a very flexible delivery service that would not be possible if we used a courier company.
We deliver to many areas on the same day or the next day, including weekends. You can specify a morning, afternoon or evening delivery, and even give us a two hour time slot during which time someone will be in to sign for the goods… just let us know what suits you best!
Our delivery service works as follows:

We only deliver to areas within the North East of England at this time. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, or which delivery option may apply, then please call us free on 0800 587 6505.
Whether you place your order online or by phone, payment will be collected by our driver at the time of delivery, either in cash or by cheque, which should be made payable to BOX express.
 Therefore, we don’t require payment in advance of your order being delivered, and you don’t have to worry about making payment online. We ask that you pay the driver once you have checked through your order and are happy with the goods being delivered.
We don’t accept credit/ debit card payments at this time.
