Special Delivery Instructions

Please state if you require your order to be delivered on a specific date. If you would like your order left in a secure area such as a porch/ garage or with a neighbour, then please provide the details; goods delivered in this way will be at the customer's own risk.

Receiving Your Order

We use a professional courier company with tracking capability to deliver your order. Goods are normally delivered between 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. All goods must be signed for on delivery, except when left in a secure area at the customer's request.

Out of Stock Items

If you order any out of stock items, then it may take up to 7 working days for your whole order to be delivered. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date in such cases.

Returns (in brief)

Goods that are received damaged must be clearly marked on the delivery note when they are accepted and signed for, and you must call us on 0191 212 2276 within 2 working days.

If you wish to return goods for any other reason, then you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. You must call us on 0191 212 2276 or complete our Online Form, and further instructions will be given to you.
