Please read the following delivery information carefully before placing your order as the delivery options available during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will be different from our normal delivery services.

Standard Delivery £5.50

This is our 2-3 working days delivery service to mainland UK destinations, excluding the Highlands of Scotland. This service will NOT be available if your delivery address has a London postcode or is located in Weymouth with a postcode beginning with DT3, DT4 or DT5.

Next Day Delivery £7.50

This is our next working day delivery service to mainland UK destinations, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, for orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. This service will NOT be available if your delivery address has a London postcode or is located in Weymouth with a postcode beginning with DT3, DT4 or DT5. Next Day Delivery services will not be guaranteed, where applicable.

Next Day AM Delivery £22.50

This delivery service will be suspended during the dates stated above.

London Delivery £9.50

If your delivery address has a London postcode or is located in Weymouth with a postcode beginning with DT3, DT4 or DT5, then you MUST choose this delivery option, otherwise your order will NOT be processed. London Deliveries will take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Other Delivery Information

We will NOT be able to deliver to any Olympic or Paralympic Venue during the dates stated above.

Only ONE delivery attempt will be made per order. Additional delivery attempts may be charged, so please provide us with details of where your order can be left safely, at your own risk, in case the recipient is not in when the delivery is attempted. This information can be provided in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ box on the ‘My Basket’ page of our website when placing your order.

Alternatively, you may arrange the collection of your order from the local depot of our courier, details of which will be provided to you if required.
