Free delivery is made to areas within 8 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre. A charge of £4.00 is made for deliveries to areas between 8 to 20 miles from Newcastle City Centre, and a charge of £7.00 is made for deliveries to areas 20+ miles away from Newcastle City Centre. We only deliver to areas within the North East of England at this time. |

Any toll charges incurred by BOX express whilst making the delivery will be charged to your invoice and will be in addition to whichever delivery option outlined in (4) is applicable to you. |

Delivery date(s) and time(s) cannot be guaranteed, although every effort will be made to meet your requirements. |

You may cancel your order at anytime up until the day before your confirmed delivery date. If, after receiving your order, you are not satisfied with any of the items, then please contact us on 0800 587 6505 within seven days. We will arrange for the free collection and replacement of any faulty or damaged items, or, if requested, give you a full refund against all those items collected that are unused and in a resaleable condition. Any applicable delivery charge(s) will not be refunded. |
